As we try to recreate this photographic scene from Downtown Fairbanks 1942, we will need help reproducing all the pennants draped across 2nd Ave. So…We are throwing a pennant making party tomorrow-Wednesday, December 2^nd, from 4 until 7 PM at the Downtown Association office on 410 Cushman Street.
